MuscleTech Gakic Review

Made an emotionally based purchase last week, and shed out £30 on Muscletech Gakic – 2 months supply.
Bought it off ebay.

I’ve been training with weights for 18 years, and think I’ve maxed out my genetic potential on most bodybuilding style exercises like bench press, so any improvement in strength would be amazing.

I’ll update this post over the next 2 months of taking the supplement. I have not been incentivised in any way to write this post.

Day 1 – necked the dosage of 8, yes 8 tablets about 30 mins before my session. Took with 100mg caffeine.

I felt like I was flying, doing the cardio warm up on the elliptical/mountain climber machine.

Day 1
Short workout tonight:

Warm up 5 mins on elliptical trainer, level 13 2 mins, level 14 2 mins, level 15 1 min.
Warm up exercises and dynamic stretching.
Dumbbell Bench Press – 50kg x 6 reps (PB is 11 reps on this, did 6 last week)
Machine Bench Press – 2 sets, 6 reps, 105kg
Tricep Bench Press (elbows tucked in to sides) – 2 sets 32kg x 8 reps
Plyometric exercises

Pretty standard workout really, no immediate gain in strength from the Gakic

I’ll update each workout in this post.

I’m thinking of switching up my training. Changing to a 2 days split.
Day 1:
Chest and Shoulders
Bench press
Shoulder press
Push Press

Day 2:
Back and legs
Front Squat
Barbell Row
Partial Deadlifts
