Easy, Healthy (ish) Weight Gainer Drink – Easy 1,000 calories

It’s never particularly healthy to have 1,000 calories in one go, but…I think this is the best way I’ve found to get extra calories…

  • 1/2 tin of coconut milk (tin not a carton)
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 almonds
  • 10ml of raw honey
  • 20g Hemp protein powder
