Increase muscular endurance by doing a Tabata interval every day
In the mornings on ‘rest’ days and at the end of workouts
Morning Tabatas =
Goblet squats with kettlebell
Single leg deadlifts
Russian Twists
V sits

Increase Back and Glute Flexibility by stretching everyday
– Upper back flexibility required for Garcia Guillotine

Not a specific goal, but also want to increase strength of front squats

MMA
Practice Drop Seoi Nage everday
Condition body, legs, arms to receiving strikes

Learning
Learn how to do Android Apps by watching and taking notes from 1 tutorial everyday until end of Feb.

Self Development
Be less cynical and a handle stress better by reading up on coping techniques
