The Hulk Hogan Principle

Also known as the Chuck Norris Rule, or the cain velasquez regulation.

hulk hogan

The concept goes like this:

Treat everyone like he or she is Hulk Hogan.

For example, if someone accidentally knocks into you in the pub, and makes you spill your pint, don’t get all aggressive and confrontational, treat said person the same as you would Hulk Hogan.  In other words, say – “ah, don’t worry about it mate”, instead of being a bellend.
Same goes for any other situation.
If someone is smaller or weaker than us, it’s a primal (and thick-person) instinct to become all aggressive, but that’s what absolute bellends do.  Be nice, treat the person like they’re twice the size of you and an MMA world champ.

This doesn’t mean you spend your life ‘rolling over’ for people, and letting them take the michael out of you. Just be polite and non-aggressive (the first few times) when you point out that people are acting in an unreasonable manner.

Love is the answer.
