The Law of Non Judgement

So whether you’re reading Deepchap Chopra, or some other spiritual guru’s book, one of the underlying themes appears to be that judgement, just causes you suffering.

In addition to what I have read, I’ve also noticed for many years, that the people that tend to judge the most, are generally absolute grade A bellends themselves. Not that I’m judging.
For example – I have a friend that once said, whilst driving in his car “bad drivers are the bane of my life”, and then literally 30 seconds later he was on his mobile phone, smoking with the other hand, speeding, and steering the car with his knees.   Whether they are hypercritical or not, judgemental people are always angry, pretty bitter, and not very happy.

We’ve all been conditioned to see things are right and wrong.  These aren’t necessarily true.  Remember also, that people are just a product of their upbringing and their genetics, and if they’re not running around hurting people, you shouldn’t get too angry with them.  If you’re judgemental, you’ll find problems with people no matter what. Approach the world with compassion, instead of judgement and anger, and you will be much happier in the long run.
