pivot up onto your toes on that foot<\/li><li>Drive off from your back foot to initiate the actual knee<\/li><li>Lean back and drive your knee forwards &amp;\/or upwards depending on the target<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Straight Knees from a Thai Clinch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Secure the clinch, pull with your back muscles, not biceps<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Raise striking foot backwards &amp;
