Snap his head down slightly.<\/li>\n<li>Step Forwards with your right foot and switch your grip so that the left hand now has the clinch<\/li>\n<li>You can now grab the waist or leg of your opponent OR<\/li>\n<li>You can go for a headlock when the opponent sprawls back to stop you capturing the leg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The technique begins instantly at the start of this video &#8211; you really need to view at 0.25 speed to see the &#8216;grip-switch&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yZ9nG6iLZP0?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-GB&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>1-2 Takedown<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Hook or sweep (lightly) your opponents lead leg<\/li>\n<li>He will normally step back to avoid the trip<\/li>\n<li>Ankle pick his other foot\/ankle which will now be in front<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Basic Head-Snap<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Wrestling Clinch<\/li>\n<li>Push into partner<\/li>\n<li>Snap his head down into a headlock<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center;
