They are typically around 15% protein, however quinoa does contain all of the essential amino acids.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>11am &#8211; Pecans, Hazelnuts &amp; Peanuts<\/h2>\n<p>Create a mix of nuts to snack on throughout the morning or during a morning break.<\/p>\n<p>Add goji berries if you want more flavour and additional carbs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>1pm &#8211; Chickpea salad<\/h2>\n<p>With lettuce, olives and avocado<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3pm &#8211; Hemp or Soya Protein Shake<\/h2>\n<p>Protein shakes for convenience or alternatively have more nuts or 2 rice cakes with peanut butter<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>6pm &#8211;
