{"id":11058,"date":"2019-08-30T18:42:14","date_gmt":"2019-08-30T18:42:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/?p=11058"},"modified":"2019-08-30T18:44:14","modified_gmt":"2019-08-30T18:44:14","slug":"vegan-chili-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/en\/2019\/08\/30\/vegan-chili-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegan Chili Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Preparation Time &#8211; 20 mins<\/h2>\n\n<hr>\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1x Red Onion<\/li>\n\n<li>1x Red Pepper<\/li>\n\n<li>2x Garlic<\/li>\n\n<li>2x tinned tomatoes<\/li>\n\n<li>1x Kidney beans<\/li>\n\n<li>Handful Sweetcorn<\/li>\n\n<li>1x tsp Cumin<\/li>\n\n<li>1x tsp Chilli powder (or more if you\u2019re hard)<\/li>\n\n<li>1x tsp soy sauce<\/li>\n\n<li>1x teaspoon balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n\n<li>Nutritional yeast (optional)<\/li>\n\n<li>400g chestnut mushrooms<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><hr>\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Instructions:<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\t<li>Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion and minced\/very finely chopped mushrooms and cook for 5 mins or until shrooms have cooked and reduced in size.<\/li>\n\t<li>Add garlic, cumin, chilli powder and red pepper and cook for a further 5 mins.<\/li>\n\t<li>Bung in the tomatoes, give it a good stir and bring the heat down to a simmer. Then drop the kidney beans in there.<\/li>\n\t<li>Soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sweetcorn in. Leave to simmer until it thickens a little bit, probably around 20 mins.<\/li>\n\t<li>Take off the heat and add in some dark chocolate and nutritional yeast. Stir.
