Modern life is a bit easy in terms of physical challenges, but you can compensate with exercise and heat\/cold exposure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 key nutrients for the brain and body are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sulfurophane <\/li><li>Vitamin d<\/li><li>Omega 3<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generally speaking, you want to look for omega 3 with a high level of EPA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">70% of the US population is deficient in vitamin D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incidentally, many nutritionists say its best to take vitamin d3 with vitamin k2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sulfurophane can be obtained from brocolli sprout seeds and moringa powder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The benefits of sauna use are dose dependent. Using a sauna 4-7 times per week reduces a person&#8217;s risk of dementia by around 40%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a sauna can improve cardiovascular fitness.
