eg bouncing on a trampoline, and\/or hanging upside down, are great for lymphatic drainage. If you sit down all day in work, these are definitely worth looking into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Basic Supplements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">High quality Omega 3 with a good dose of EPA, as well as DHA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is 1 study showing that smokers with high omega 3 levels, are as healthy as non-smokers with low omega 3&#8230;it&#8217;s that important!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Magnesium &#8211; either glycinate or threonate. Avoid magnesium oxide. Magnesium is great for sleep, muscle relaxation and much more.
