My mum has a knee issue, and I believe it is because she has flat feet and her knees\/upper legs &#8216;slant inwards&#8217; as she walks. Treat the cause if you can, as well as the symptoms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oh &#8211; one more thing &#8211; try an anti-inflammatory diet too, for arthritis. It&#8217;s helped me a lot (I have PTSD and fibromylagia). Cutting out sugar, seed oils, and for me &#8211; dairy and wheat, has helped a lot. Hard to stick to but better than being in pain!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nutrient dense healthy food, Cow&#8217;s milk contains casein 1 protein and lactose, which can cause inflammation and a tonne of mucus production in people sensitive to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wheat, has been bred over the decades to be resilient and harvest greater yields. Much of wheat grown in the west is derived from a Turkish strain. It contains gluten &#8211; a type of protein that&#8217;s quite sticky. Gluten damages  gut lining via zonulin production. Which in turn causes systemic inflammation over time.
