So eat grass fed products if possible. Omega 3 is three times higher in grass fed meats too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leaky Gut<br \/>\n<\/strong>Poor diet can lead to dysfunctional permeability of the gut lining.<br \/>\nThis can cause pathogens to enter the &#8216;body proper&#8217;, causing an over active immune system and inflammation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acellular Carbohydrates<br \/>\n<\/strong>Acellular carbohydrates are dense, processed, easily abundantly &#8216;accessible&#8217; carbohydrates that are easy to overeat:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/huntgatherlove.com\/content\/acellular-versus-cellular-carbohydrates-and-endotoxins\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/huntgatherlove.com\/content\/acellular-versus-cellular-carbohydrates-and-endotoxins<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Problems \/ Issues with Vegan Diet<\/strong><br \/>\nVitamin K2 is absent in most vegan diets. \u00a0It is found in animal produce and fermented foods like kefir.<\/p>\n<p>EPA is often missing, as this is an essential fatty acid found in fish. \u00a0EPA and DHA is in fish oil.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin B12 &#8211; the B12 in spirulina is not the &#8216;proper&#8217; form and vegans should supplement with it. \u00a083% of vegans are deficient in B12.<br \/>\nB12 is required for red blood cell formation and for myelin sheath formation.<\/p>\n<p>Saturated fat is required for hormone production<\/p>\n<p>Crop harvesting, kills dozens of animals. \u00a0Allegedly, more information <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quora.com\/Are-animals-killed-in-the-process-of-farming-vegetarian-foods\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notes below were taken whilst listening to the podcast.
