You can buy the seeds and make your own. \u00a0The supplements you can buy are expensive and some that have been tested only contain very low amounts (a lot less than what is claimed on the label).<\/p>\n<p>Dr Rhonda says the broccoli sprouts are more potent once they are frozen. She actually feels like she&#8217;s had a coffee after adding them to a shake.<\/p>\n<p>Sulforaphane improves autistic scores by 34% &#8211; more information on the NHS website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/news\/2014\/10October\/Pages\/Broccoli-could-hold-the-key-for-treating-autism.aspx\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sulforaphane is very potent and effect at slowing down and preventing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/23902242\">cancer<\/a> cells from spreading.<\/p>\n<p>Sulforaphane is a very potent anti-inflammatory. You can get the cuts of meat required very cheap from the butchers normally.<br \/>\nIngredients:<br \/>\nBones and\/or carcass<br \/>\nApple Cider Vinegar<br \/>\nVegetables like onions, carrots, garlic<br \/>\nBlack pepper<br \/>\n1. Place your bones\/carcass in a large pot like a cooking pot or similar<br \/>\n2. Fill the pot with water to just over the level of the bones<br \/>\n3. Stick in the oven or on a hob and bring the water to the boil<br \/>\n4. Simmer for 12 hours (less for chicken, normally about 6 hours) and skim off foam that may appear on the top<br \/>\n5.Strain out the bones and your done<br \/>\n6.Eat straight away or cool &#8216;quickly&#8217; and store in a fridge or freezer. Some people literally add ice cubes to it to get it to cool quickly to prevent any unwanted bacteria growth.
