Unfortunately I can&#8217;t find a video to demonstrate this:<\/p>\n<p>Shoot and immediately base on your right\u00a0hand<br \/>\nRotate clockwise and throw left hand over opponent&#8217;s right arm &#8211; rotate and go to his back.<br \/>\n&#8211; This only works if opponent has an underhook, or really loose overhook on your left armpit\/arm.<\/p>\n<p>It looks a bit like this (see the video not the preview image):<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pfzskQziLYY?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-GB&#038;autohide=2&#038;start=245&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And like this, but ideally you won&#8217;t have to stand up:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/q27RlJkABZY?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-GB&#038;autohide=2&#038;start=77&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If he doesn&#8217;t have underhooks, but is sprawling hard, try and secure a leg with one hand<br \/>\n&#8211; Post with the other and rotate towards the leg<br \/>\n&#8211; Hook leg with your foot<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>From the over under position<\/strong>, you can try and do the same -reach over and around the underhook,<\/p>\n<p>The Danger with the reach-over counter to the underhook, is that he will try and flip you with the underhook &#8211; so be ready to drop your weight on it instead.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can <strong>trap the\u00a0underhook, drop your weight towards it and rotate the opposite way:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bYZLANRHmFU?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-GB&#038;autohide=2&#038;start=71&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you have a hold of one of the legs:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/J1QsqnCxhbg?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-GB&#038;autohide=2&#038;start=65&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you grab the foot in between his legs, rather than to the side, then rotate the opposite way &#8211; taking your bum towards the free leg so that your pulling his feet together<\/p>\n<p>If you catch the outside leg, as in the video above, but can&#8217;t finish,\u00a0pull the leg through the middle and rotate the opposite way<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zxEH1-tvm1E?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-GB&#038;autohide=2&#038;start=128&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If he sprawl with no hooks, capture his arms by sinking your elbows right back, then sit through<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; j<strong>ust don&#8217;t &#8216;pause&#8217; and think in the turtle position after a shot<\/strong>, rotate, knee slide, or get out of there &#8211; don&#8217;t wait for him to choke you or take your back!<br \/>\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center;
