Also, he&#8217;s well old! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is very secretive about his training regime. However, looking at his physique and athleticism, it no doubt consists of a number of open-chain functional exercises, some gymnastic movements and explosive exercises such as plyometrics and Olympic Lifts.
