Los programas son muy exagerados, se usan solo por per\u00edodos cortos, o los luchadores est\u00e1n sobrealimentados con esteroides, HGH e insulina.<\/p>\n<p>Considere programas de entrenamiento de 1 serie, en los que realice 1 serie de trabajo para cada parte del cuerpo, en lugar de las 3 tradicionales.
