Retroceso el\u00e1stico<br \/>\n<\/strong>Al pivotar sobre su pie y rotar primero la cadera, y m\u00e1s espec\u00edficamente el hombro, Hendricks produce una gran cantidad de energ\u00eda el\u00e1stica alrededor de su pecho.<br \/>\nAl mirar la imagen de arriba, podr\u00e1s ver c\u00f3mo gira y mueve el hombro antes que el brazo, completando la flexi\u00f3n del pecho, antes de agitar el brazo y la mano para completar el golpe.<br \/>\nAl flexionar el pecho, &quot;carga&quot; este m\u00fasculo, lo que le permite contraerlo poderosamente mientras lleva la mano hacia adelante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
