Es r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil, y los pl\u00e1tanos aportan un delicioso dulzor que compensa la insulsez de la avena.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<p>Avena para gachas (preferiblemente integral) \u2013 1 taza<\/p>\n<p>Leche vegetal de su elecci\u00f3n (la de avena funciona bien) - 1 taza<\/p>\n<p>Pl\u00e1tanos (1 o 2 dependiendo del hambre que tengas)<\/p>\n<p>Ar\u00e1ndanos (opcional)<\/p>\n<p>Agua \u2013 1 taza<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 1 minuto<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n: 15 minutos<\/p>\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n nutricional: (con un pl\u00e1tano) 50 g de carbohidratos, 15 g de prote\u00edna, 5 g de grasa.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9todo :<\/p>\n<p>1. Agrega la avena, la leche y el agua a una cacerola y ll\u00e9vala a ebullici\u00f3n, reduce el fuego y d\u00e9jala hervir durante 12 a 15 minutos o hasta que tenga la consistencia deseada (a m\u00ed me gusta m\u00e1s lechosa).<\/p>\n<p>2. Corte el pl\u00e1tano por la mitad y luego corte cada mitad a lo largo para crear 4 trozos de pl\u00e1tano por pl\u00e1tano. \u00a1Pl\u00e1tano!<\/p>\n<p>3. Consigue una sart\u00e9n antiadherente (es vital que sea antiadherente, de lo contrario se desprender\u00e1 y los pl\u00e1tanos no se podr\u00e1n comer) a fuego alto y luego agrega los pl\u00e1tanos (no uses aceite).<\/p>\n<p>4. Baja la temperatura de la sart\u00e9n al m\u00ednimo y \u00a1comienza la caramelizaci\u00f3n! Normalmente, en unos minutos, un lado se dorar\u00e1 bien, as\u00ed que simplemente voltea el pl\u00e1tano y deja que el otro lado se caramelice.<\/p>\n<p>5. Cuando tu papilla est\u00e9 cocida agr\u00e9gala a un bol y d\u00e9jala cocer durante unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>6.
