No es raro que el \u00e1cido de la ERGE entre en la nariz y los senos paranasales por la noche, mientras la persona est\u00e1 acostada boca arriba. Esto causa la inflamaci\u00f3n y las hemorragias nasales que sufren algunas personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta y ERGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bajo la gu\u00eda de un profesional, considere los siguientes cambios en la dieta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sin frutas c\u00edtricas<\/li><li>Sin tomates<\/li><li>Nada para comer despu\u00e9s de las 8pm<\/li><li>No se permiten refrescos \u00e1cidos o carbonatados ni jugos de frutas, etc.<\/li><li>Mucha fibra: las semillas de ch\u00eda remojadas durante 1 hora o m\u00e1s son excelentes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dejar de comer c\u00edtricos y tomates ha tenido un gran impacto positivo en mi ERGE, al igual que a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s fibra a mi dieta. Tomo avena con semillas de ch\u00eda y una bebida de fibra tres veces al d\u00eda. Es muy aburrido, pero vale la pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suplementos y ERGE (\u00faselo bajo su propio riesgo; algunas personas pueden tener efectos secundarios)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Carb\u00f3n activado: 5 g antes de acostarse o cuando el reflujo sea intenso<\/li><li>Enzimas digestivas sin clorhidrato (por ejemplo, sin clorhidrato de beta\u00edna). Pruebe primero con 1\/4 de tableta.<\/li><li>C\u00e1scara de psyllium: tomar 2 o 3 veces al d\u00eda con agua.<\/li><li>Probi\u00f3ticos: los alimentos fermentados son mejores, pero suelen ser bastante \u00e1cidos.<\/li><li>CBD: ciertas cepas de cannabis pueden ser muy \u00fatiles para la ERGE, mientras que otras pueden agravarla. Fumar y vapear a veces puede empeorar la inflamaci\u00f3n de garganta, as\u00ed que tenga cuidado. La lavanda (h\u00edbrida) es buena para aliviar las n\u00e1useas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honestamente, comer para el reflujo y la ERGE es m\u00e1s un estilo de vida que una dieta. Es muy dif\u00edcil, pero vale la pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tienes SII y reflujo \u00e1cido, mi gran recomendaci\u00f3n es que dejes de consumir l\u00e1cteos durante 3 d\u00edas y as\u00ed te sientas mejor. \u00a1Esto es especialmente cierto si tienes problemas de sinusitis! Esto me cambi\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eliminar el gluten tambi\u00e9n me ayud\u00f3 mucho. No soy intolerante al gluten, pero consumirlo en exceso sin duda tiene un impacto negativo en mi salud intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n vale la pena considerar la dieta FODMAP. FODMAP significa \u201coligosac\u00e1ridos, disac\u00e1ridos, monosac\u00e1ridos y polioles fermentables\u201d. Estos son carbohidratos que se absorben mal en el intestino delgado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los FODMAP se encuentran generalmente en frutas y verduras. Por lo tanto, lamentablemente, esa dieta saludable que has estado siguiendo podr\u00eda estar caus\u00e1ndote problemas. Mi soluci\u00f3n es consumir avena dos veces al d\u00eda con linaza en polvo y semillas de calabaza, para una fuente de calor\u00edas saludable y relativamente f\u00e1cil de digerir, dos comidas al d\u00eda y espirulina en polvo con MSM tres veces al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ERGE y salud mental<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ERGE puede ser causada por problemas de salud mental. B\u00e1sicamente, si tu mente se siente amenazada o hipervigilante, la digesti\u00f3n pierde mucha importancia y puede deshabilitarse parcialmente. Esto significa que cualquier cosa m\u00ednimamente dif\u00edcil de digerir (como la lactosa de la leche) causar\u00e1 molestias gastrointestinales, s\u00edntomas de SII y reflujo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre la ERGE y otros problemas digestivos (tambi\u00e9n tensi\u00f3n muscular y dolores de cabeza), y su v\u00ednculo con la salud mental, lea sobre la teor\u00eda polivagal. <a href=\"https:\/\/ct.counseling.org\/2016\/06\/polyvagal-theory-practice\/\">aqu\u00ed en counseling.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encuentra siempre lo positivo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque el reflujo y los problemas estomacales no son agradables, me ayudan mucho a controlar mi dieta y mi peso. Adem\u00e1s, ahora tengo muchos conocimientos y experiencia con la mayor\u00eda de las dietas.
