Usar la postura del palo o Janu Sirsasana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se dice que somete a cierta tensi\u00f3n a la digesti\u00f3n. La zona lumbar, los hombros y el cuello tambi\u00e9n se tensan o estiran mucho.
