{"id":15728,"date":"2025-02-04T18:13:37","date_gmt":"2025-02-04T18:13:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/?p=15728"},"modified":"2025-02-20T10:38:48","modified_gmt":"2025-02-20T10:38:48","slug":"resena-de-now-foods-true-focus-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/es\/2025\/02\/04\/resena-de-now-foods-true-focus-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"NOW FOODS True Focus Supplement Review [2025]"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is one of my favourite nootropic supplements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It contains l tyrosine and phenylalanine, which increase dopamine levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, I would advise that you cycle this supplement &#8211; don&#8217;t take it every day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may also want to look at ways in which you can unregulated your dopamine receptors, just to ensure that you&#8217;re not getting big ups and downs &#8211; I.e. crashing when you&#8217;re not using a dopamine-increasinf nootropic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, meditating, and staying off social media, as well as taking sulbutiamine and cordyceps should help reset your dopamine levels on your off days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whilst other supplements increase dopamine levels &#8211; which will eventually crash or lower &#8211; supplements like sulbutiamine &#8211; may increase your sensitivity to dopamine (meaning you need less dopamine) &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/10996447\/\">study here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I suspect much of the effect of the supplement is from DMAE. This is a choline supplement that increases energy and focus quite effectively. It&#8217;s also a <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22300295\/\">free radical scavenger<\/a>, meaning it can prevent oxidate stress &#8211; which is always good\/nice\/healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just be aware, it can also cause anxiety and muscle stiffness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All in all though, a good nootropic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"embed-youtube\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"NOW Foods True Focus Review [2025] #nootropic\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sZb3tjaaPt4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of my favourite nootropic supplements.
