Este \u00edndice reflejaba el nivel general de fatiga mental, involucrando funciones cerebrales perceptivas y cognitivas complejas, como el pensamiento asociativo, la memoria a corto plazo, el c\u00e1lculo y la capacidad de concentraci\u00f3n, y la velocidad de la percepci\u00f3n audiovisual.<br \/>\nLos cient\u00edficos midieron el \u00edndice de fatiga durante un per\u00edodo de dos semanas, antes y despu\u00e9s del turno de noche.<br \/>\nDurante las dos primeras semanas los sujetos consumieron Rhodiola Rosea o un placebo.<br \/>\nLas dos segundas semanas no consumieron nada (aparte de sus dietas normales, etc.)<br \/>\nLa tercera semana los sujetos volvieron a consumir Rhodiola Rosea o un placebo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se observ\u00f3 una mejora estad\u00edsticamente significativa en las pruebas del \u00edndice de fatiga en el grupo de tratamiento (consumidor de Rhodiola Rosea) durante las dos primeras semanas.
