Acepta que preocuparse no tiene sentido y rep\u00edtelo cuando empieces a preocuparte.<br \/>\nLa gente justifica su preocupaci\u00f3n porque algo negativo S\u00cd ocurri\u00f3. Aunque probablemente fue consecuencia de sus pensamientos negativos.<br \/>\nSiempre reemplazar\u00e1s la preocupaci\u00f3n con otra. Si aquello que te preocupa no sucedi\u00f3, buscar\u00e1s otra preocupaci\u00f3n. Esta es una forma in\u00fatil de pensar y vivir. De igual manera, preocuparse por alguien no es amarlo. Observa tu preocupaci\u00f3n como si fueras un extra\u00f1o; luego piensa en una soluci\u00f3n positiva para aquello que te preocupa.
