Elimina el az\u00facar durante 10 d\u00edas y, a medida que tus bacterias intestinales cambien, tendr\u00e1s menos antojos de alimentos azucarados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><strong>El entrenamiento<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Equipo<\/span><br \/>\nBarra de dominadas<br \/>\nUna silla<br \/>\nBandas de fuerza<br \/>\nCada dos d\u00edas, haz este circuito:<br \/>\n<strong>Sentadillas con peso corporal x 20 <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Dominadas con los pies sobre una silla x 8<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Flexiones x n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de repeticiones (realiza las flexiones sobre las rodillas si es necesario)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Plancha \u2013 30 segundos<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Flexiones con banda x m\u00e1x.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Repite el circuito dos veces y listo.<br \/>\nEn el segundo circuito, repite las dominadas tantas veces como puedas y mant\u00e9n la plancha el mayor tiempo posible.<br \/>\n<strong>Progresi\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nContin\u00faa con este circuito al menos 3 veces por semana.
