As\u00ed que, ya sea que busques un ascenso, una esposa, hijos, etc., el objetivo final es ser feliz.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que simplemente deja que eso se asiente: quieres ser feliz, eso es todo. Sin embargo, la gente pone condiciones a su felicidad. Creen que algo, como un ascenso o un salario determinado, debe llegar para ser felices. Esta condici\u00f3n causa ansiedad. A la gente le preocupa no alcanzar sus metas.<\/p>\n<p>Para evitar esta ansiedad, debes cuestionar tus pensamientos:<br \/>\nSi no eres feliz ahora, lo m\u00e1s probable es que no lo seas independientemente de cu\u00e1nto dinero ganes, por ejemplo. Ser\u00e1s feliz durante un tiempo, porque tus pensamientos negativos sobre ti mismo y tu falta de dinero se compensar\u00e1n por un tiempo, pero esos pensamientos volver\u00e1n. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/es\/2015\/04\/02\/el-dinero-te-hace-feliz\/\" target=\"_blank\">El dinero no te hace feliz<\/a>; Todo est\u00e1 en la mentalidad. As\u00ed que cuestiona esa creencia, que definitivamente ser\u00eda algo malo. Si no hubiera perdido mi trabajo el a\u00f1o pasado, por ejemplo, nunca, probablemente nunca en mi vida, habr\u00eda tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en una obra (\u00a1qu\u00e9 grandes lecciones de vida, la universidad del conocimiento!), no habr\u00eda conocido a tantas personas nuevas, ni habr\u00eda hecho tantos amigos nuevos, y no apreciar\u00eda el trabajo que tengo ahora. Que es posiblemente mejor que el del a\u00f1o pasado. Tambi\u00e9n he aprendido muchas lecciones que puedo transmitirles a mis hijos. El \u00faltimo a\u00f1o sin duda me ha proporcionado una valiosa experiencia vital.<\/p>\n<p>No tiene sentido intentar controlar las cosas, simplemente d\u00e9jate llevar y acepta que, de todos modos, nunca puedes saber qu\u00e9 es lo mejor para ti.
