Si consideramos el boxeo tailand\u00e9s, la lucha libre y el BJJ, para empezar, podemos entrenarlos durante 10 a\u00f1os y aun as\u00ed no dominarlos por completo. Especialmente el BJJ. Sin embargo, esto es positivo, ya que nunca se deja de aprender, sobre todo porque el deporte sigue cambiando y evolucionando. Tambi\u00e9n se alcanzan hitos y se deber\u00eda experimentar un progreso constante, incluso si no se es el mejor de la clase durante mucho tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>El culturismo es un poco diferente. Existe la autodisciplina de la dieta y el entrenamiento (y el consumo de drogas), pero el deporte tiende a obsesionar a la gente con s\u00ed misma y su apariencia. Adem\u00e1s, en lugar de eliminar las inseguridades masculinas (todos las tenemos), parece potenciarlas. Despu\u00e9s de unas cuantas peleas de MMA, ya no te importa si se burlan de ti o te llaman cobarde o maric\u00f3n. Si estiras y a\u00f1ades movimientos explosivos de cuerpo completo, como levantamientos ol\u00edmpicos y pesas rusas, a un programa de culturismo, no hay raz\u00f3n para no entrenar ambas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sin embargo, depende completamente de los objetivos de cada persona. Es genial poder hacer una llave de brazo, \u00a1pero no te convertir\u00e1 en el rey de la playa!<\/p>\n<p>Personalmente, yo animar\u00eda a un amigo o familiar a empezar a practicar MMA en lugar de culturismo, siempre y cuando pudiera encontrar un buen gimnasio que hiciera hincapi\u00e9 en los valores tradicionales como el respeto y el trabajo en equipo, es decir, entrenar para el beneficio propio y de su compa\u00f1ero de entrenamiento o equipo de MMA, no solo para usted mismo y su ego.<\/p>\n<p>Para cualquiera de los dos deportes, recomiendo practicarlos adem\u00e1s del yoga. En teor\u00eda, te rodear\u00e1s de personas sin ego y, sin duda, aprender\u00e1s algunas de las ense\u00f1anzas budistas y ayurv\u00e9dicas. Adem\u00e1s, la flexibilidad y la fuerza adquiridas pueden ser de gran ayuda para otros deportes, especialmente en t\u00e9rminos de longevidad, recuperaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n de lesiones. \u00a1Algunos estilos de yoga tambi\u00e9n ofrecen un entrenamiento intensivo de hombros!<\/p>\n<p>Para Kyle Kingsbury, las MMA lo impulsaron a leer sobre c\u00f3mo mejorar su rendimiento, lo que a su vez lo impuls\u00f3 al yoga, la meditaci\u00f3n, la nutrici\u00f3n e incluso la ayahuasca.
