Me encanta el BJJ porque es divertido y el riesgo de lesiones es limitado, ya que no se producen derribos ni proyecciones tan dr\u00e1sticas como en el judo y la lucha libre. Complementa especialmente bien al kimono BJJ. Alto riesgo de lesiones. Para m\u00ed, el judo es el arte marcial m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de entrenar, ya que no estoy acostumbrado a que me lancen con un kimono ni a los impactos al aterrizar. Horrible si no est\u00e1s acostumbrado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas<\/strong><br \/>\nGrandes derribos para defensa personal<br \/>\nIdeal para gi BJJ<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contras<\/strong><br \/>\nNo puede transferirse directamente a MMA<br \/>\nRiesgo alto de lesiones debido a los impactos de los lanzamientos.<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Boxeo<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Excelente estilo para aprender defensa personal r\u00e1pidamente. Muchas peleas de MMA recientes parecen centrarse en un buen boxeo y juego de pies. Si solo puedes entrenar una o dos veces por semana, tardar\u00edas a\u00f1os en ser considerado &quot;bueno&quot; en BJJ, pero el boxeo es efectivo en cuanto aprendes lo b\u00e1sico.
