Empieza con ayunos m\u00e1s cortos, digamos entre las 8 p. m. y las 7 a. m., y luego ve aumentando poco a poco hasta que puedas completar las 16 horas.<br \/>\nAl principio es muy dif\u00edcil; me sent\u00ed muy d\u00e9bil la primera vez que intent\u00e9 el ayuno completo. As\u00ed que decid\u00ed ir aumentando el ritmo.<\/p>\n<p>Si es posible, intenta consumir la comida en su estado original. Si un paquete tiene 25 ingredientes al dorso, no lo comas, sobre todo si no sabes qu\u00e9 contiene la mitad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Muchas bebidas calientes <\/strong>es<strong> \u00a1llave!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Consiguete un termo o una botella de tama\u00f1o decente y bebe algo en lugar de comer algo.<\/p>\n<p>El ejercicio es clave si quieres desarrollar o mantener masa con pesa rusa: 2 series de 12 repeticiones<\/li>\n<li>Flexiones de Spiderman*<\/li>\n<li>Sentadillas divididas b\u00falgaras**<\/li>\n<li>Elevaciones de cadera y gl\u00fateos en el sof\u00e1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height:1.7;\">Entrenamiento en el gimnasio<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calentamiento<\/li>\n<li>Press de
