Mi entrenamiento es tan espor\u00e1dico ahora mismo que sigo olvidando cosas. Cuando est\u00e9s en el saco, no te limites a entrar y salir; lanza una combinaci\u00f3n de 3 o 4 golpes, luego mu\u00e9vete unos segundos y vuelve a estar a distancia.<\/p>\n<p>Este patr\u00f3n se vuelve predecible y todos tienen una &quot;sensaci\u00f3n&quot; de cu\u00e1ndo lanzar. Lanza fintas: simplemente mueve los hombros, lanza jabs de tanteo, lanza golpes individuales, lanza un jab, luego ponte a distancia y lanza combos.<br \/>\nA veces, quiz\u00e1s quieras ser menos m\u00f3vil y simplemente esperar a que tu oponente lance y luego contraatacar. Cambia de estrategia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lanzar fintas<\/li>\n<li>No te estabilices y luego lanzas, lanza desde \u00e1ngulos extra\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Var\u00eda combos, lanza golpes individuales y combos de 2, 3 o 4 golpes.<\/li>\n<li>A veces mant\u00e9ngase dentro del alcance, otras veces mu\u00e9vase hacia adentro y hacia afuera.<\/li>\n<li>Practica ataques sostenidos de movimiento hacia adelante<\/li>\n<li>Otras veces, sea m\u00e1s relajado y paciente y simplemente fuera del alcance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Penetrar en los golpes del oponente (si es m\u00e1s alto)<\/h2>\n<p>Una nota m\u00e1s personal: a otros les gusta esquivar, moverse y pivotar. A m\u00ed me gusta hacerlo a veces, pero como exluchador de peso ligero de 1,78 m, he aprendido a adelantar los golpes para entrar en distancia. En el boxeo tailand\u00e9s, me cubro, doy un paso adelante con el pie derecho (el trasero), a la derecha y lanzo una patada con la pierna interior. Esto es importante si eres bajo para tu peso.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bueno contra oponentes m\u00e1s altos<\/li>\n<li>Usa un golpe tentativo para invitar a un contraataque, luego da un paso adelante mientras lanzan un contraataque.<\/li>\n<li>Lanzar jab, cubrirse y <strong>mover la cabeza fuera de la l\u00ednea central*<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mueva la cabeza fuera de la &#039;l\u00ednea central&#039;.<\/strong> Vale la pena mencionarlo de nuevo, o te encontrar\u00e1s con un pu\u00f1etazo.<\/li>\n<li>Da un paso adelante dentro de tu rango<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla \u2013 otras veces \u2013 mantente fuera de su alcance, haz que venga hacia ti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Para mover la cabeza fuera de la l\u00ednea central, flexiona la pierna derecha y ag\u00e1chate hacia el lado derecho. Cubre el lado derecho de la cabeza para evitar un gancho de izquierda o un uppercut de tu oponente.<\/p>\n<h2>Codo alto en golpes rectos<\/h2>\n<p>En una pelea callejera, o al menos en un enfrentamiento que empieza de t\u00fa a t\u00fa, yo dir\u00eda que hay que hacer lo contrario, es diferente sin guantes y eso hace que el golpe sea un poco m\u00e1s lento.<\/p>\n<p>Pero definitivamente obtienes m\u00e1s potencia. Imagina que intentas rozarte la oreja con el codo mientras lanzas un jab o un cross y giras el pulgar completamente hacia abajo.<\/p>\n<p>Yo combinar\u00eda esto con golpes m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y palpables, con el codo hacia abajo y el pulgar hacia arriba.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e1s lento pero m\u00e1s potente<\/li>\n<li>Comb\u00ednalo con otros estilos de golpes rectos.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018&#039;roza la oreja&#039; con el codo levantado para obtener m\u00e1s potencia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cuando estamos cerca y en una pelea real, creo que golpear con los codos bajos es en realidad la mejor opci\u00f3n, ya que es mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/klva17eeqtY?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=es-ES&#038;autohide=2&#038;start=89&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, desde m\u00e1s lejos, el codazo alto definitivamente genera m\u00e1s potencia. Con golpes rectos, comienza con un golpe relajado desde el hombro, luego gira con el pie trasero y vuelve a impulsar con el codo mientras extiendes el brazo.<\/p>\n<p>Similar a un levantamiento ol\u00edmpico, como una cargada de potencia, tienes dos puntos de potencia explosiva.
