Extensi\u00f3n articular<\/h3>\n<p>Incluso usando un peso ligero y levantando con fuerza, no puedes extender completamente la articulaci\u00f3n del codo porque te lesionar\u00e1s. Levantar explosivamente<\/h2>\n<p>Fuerza = masa x aceleraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>Los culturistas tienen masa, pero si no entrenan de forma explosiva y practican movimientos lentos y controlados, desarrollar\u00e1n fuerza pero no potencia.<\/p>\n<p>El trabajo del core y, posiblemente, los ejercicios con bal\u00f3n medicinal y pesas rusas pueden desarrollar potencia explosiva r\u00e1pidamente. Los levantamientos ol\u00edmpicos son los mejores para la extensi\u00f3n explosiva de cadera, pero esto solo se usa realmente en un uppercut, aunque es un movimiento importante en MMA.<\/p>\n<p>Los ejercicios pliom\u00e9tricos tambi\u00e9n son excelentes para desarrollar potencia y existen investigaciones que sugieren que tambi\u00e9n pueden utilizarse para aumentar la masa muscular.
