Si no tienes a alguien con quien arrastrar y hacer sentadillas, los sacos de arena son una buena opci\u00f3n, al igual que los barriles de cerveza llenos de agua.<br \/>\nTen mucho cuidado, los ejercicios funcionales suelen ser los mejores, pero tambi\u00e9n conllevan un alto riesgo de lesiones.
