He le\u00eddo en varios blogs que se necesitan entre 10 y 12 g al d\u00eda. Aunque no encuentro ninguna recomendaci\u00f3n oficial.<\/p>\n<p>Aument\u00e9 mi ingesta de sal y comenc\u00e9 a suplementar mi potasio hace dos d\u00edas y me siento mucho mejor. El sexto d\u00eda tuve sudores nocturnos terribles y n\u00e1useas, pero creo que se debi\u00f3 a la falta de electrolitos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1No olvides la sal rosada en la dieta cetog\u00e9nica!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n he logrado reducir a la mitad mi consumo de cafe\u00edna, lo cual es genial, aunque mis dolores de cabeza sinusales (la pesadilla de mi vida) posiblemente sean un poco peores.<\/p>\n<p>Definitivamente me siento m\u00e1s alerta, todo es un poco m\u00e1s brillante y v\u00edvido.
