El martes por la tarde me top\u00e9 con un muro. Me fui a casa y me com\u00ed dos tabletas de ortigas (para las alergias, tengo much\u00edsimas) y le puse 4 g de sal rosa a la cena; se necesita mucha sal rosa en una dieta cetog\u00e9nica.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 me funcion\u00f3, pero me sent\u00ed genial despu\u00e9s y al d\u00eda siguiente. Tuve algunos bajones de energ\u00eda el jueves y el viernes por la tarde, pero en general me siento mucho mejor.<\/p>\n<p>En realidad, la fuerza ha aumentado ligeramente desde la semana 1. Es bastante complicado de medir, ya que principalmente hago ejercicios con peso corporal, pero mi pull down lateral ha pasado de 5 repeticiones con 107 kg a 8 repeticiones.<\/p>\n<p>He estado haciendo cetosis dirigida los lunes, que es mi d\u00eda principal en el gimnasio, mi sesi\u00f3n m\u00e1s larga e intensa. Bebo 50 g de maltodextra\u00edna y 5 g de creatina unos 30 minutos antes de entrenar. Esto me saca de la cetosis durante un par de horas, pero me permite entrenar a mayor intensidad.<\/p>\n<p>Durante esta sesi\u00f3n, hago 4 rondas en el saco de boxeo, 2 series de remo a un brazo, 2 series de dominadas y 2 series de saltos al caj\u00f3n. Intent\u00e9 a\u00f1adir una lata de leche de coco a mi batido de la tarde (una lata de leche de coco 60%\/agua 40% tiene unas 600 calor\u00edas), pero me sent\u00eda fatal por alguna raz\u00f3n; creo que debe de ser por la mucosidad que produce, ya que me provoca sibilancias y me congestiona la nariz. As\u00ed que intent\u00e9 beber 500 calor\u00edas de aceite de oliva; me provoc\u00f3 un reflujo \u00e1cido terrible; as\u00ed que finalmente prob\u00e9 aguacates para obtener calor\u00edas adicionales; \u00a1de momento me est\u00e1 funcionando bien!<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la cetog\u00e9nica, estoy tratando de mantener mi dieta. <a href=\"https:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/es\/2017\/09\/11\/descripcion-general-de-la-dieta-alcalina\/\">alcalino<\/a>. Me preparo una bebida cada ma\u00f1ana con 500 ml de agua filtrada, 5 g de bicarbonato de sodio, 1\/2 g de sal rosa y un poco de jugo de lim\u00f3n. Aunque esto parece haber mejorado esta semana.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieta cetog\u00e9nica y salud mental<\/h2>\n<p>Empec\u00e9 la dieta cetog\u00e9nica porque me sent\u00eda fatal, cansada y bastante deprimida todo el tiempo. De hecho, he reducido mi trabajo a 4 d\u00edas a la semana principalmente por eso.<\/p>\n<p>Como todo buen oficinista de clase media, he tenido problemas de salud mental desde ni\u00f1o. No me llevo muy bien con la gente con la que trabajo y creo que esto empezaba a afectarme bastante. Hab\u00eda ganado bastante confianza en mi anterior trabajo; era relativamente estresante, con una carga de trabajo inmensa y m\u00e1s responsabilidad de la que estaba acostumbrado, pero creo que lo llev\u00e9 bien, progres\u00e9 mucho y aprend\u00ed much\u00edsimo. Ten\u00eda mucha confianza, pero no consegu\u00eda ir al gimnasio y me costaba desconectar al llegar a casa. As\u00ed que me fui.<\/p>\n<p>Este nuevo trabajo es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, pero por varias razones perd\u00ed mucha confianza. En lugar de compadecerme, he recuperado la confianza aprendiendo una nueva habilidad: dise\u00f1o gr\u00e1fico con Adobe Illustrator, y he pasado tiempo con mi grupo en el gimnasio de MMA, al menos una vez a la semana.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que he cambiado algunas variables: he aprendido una nueva habilidad, he pasado m\u00e1s tiempo con mi familia, he pasado m\u00e1s tiempo con amigos que comparten mis ideas y he empezado la dieta cetog\u00e9nica.
