Necesitas una base de alimentos integrales y saludables, preferiblemente org\u00e1nicos, para mantener tu salud, inmunidad, intensidad del entrenamiento y recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Pero si no tienes dinero, esto es dif\u00edcil.
