Sin embargo, ten cuidado con los ejercicios de potencia; aseg\u00farate de calentar antes de intentarlos o podr\u00edas lesionarte.<\/p>\n<p>Los mejores estiramientos y balanceos de piernas del mundo son buenos para la flexibilidad fundamental.<\/p>\n<p>La fuerza del cuello es lo \u00fanico que considerar\u00eda trabajar antes de asistir a una clase.
