N\u00e3o me considero nada al\u00e9m de um lutador mediano (principalmente considerando o tempo que dediquei ao treino), mas aqui v\u00e3o algumas dicas que acho que podem ajudar qualquer iniciante:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Aprenda a escapar da montada, do controle lateral e da montada pelas costas.<\/strong><br \/>\nIsso deveria ser o b\u00e1sico, e numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o ideal, apenas t\u00e9cnicas de escape da posi\u00e7\u00e3o de baixo seriam treinadas durante o primeiro m\u00eas, mais ou menos. Aprender os princ\u00edpios da t\u00e9cnica costuma ser a melhor maneira de entender as fugas. Quando ele se soltar e come\u00e7ar a se levantar, acompanhe o movimento empurrando com o cotovelo, depois com a m\u00e3o e, por fim, com um dos p\u00e9s no ch\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Lembre-se, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode quebrar a postura do seu oponente trazendo os joelhos em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cabe\u00e7a e puxando-o para a frente.
