{"id":1732,"date":"2014-06-09T11:36:24","date_gmt":"2014-06-09T11:36:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/?page_id=1732"},"modified":"2014-06-10T10:12:35","modified_gmt":"2014-06-10T10:12:35","slug":"derrubadas-do-jiu-jitsu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/pt\/artigos-de-mma\/tecnica\/derrubadas-do-jiu-jitsu\/","title":{"rendered":"Quedas no Jiu-Jitsu"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Derrubadas no Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 TANTO para aprender no Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro, s\u00f3 no ch\u00e3o, que as quedas muitas vezes ficam em segundo plano.<\/p>\n<p>Para autodefesa, no entanto, as quedas s\u00e3o indiscutivelmente o aspecto mais importante, e se voc\u00ea competir como faixa branca, uma boa queda muitas vezes pode lhe garantir a vit\u00f3ria em uma luta.<\/p>\n<p>O ideal seria praticar um pouco de jud\u00f4 para lutas com kimono e luta livre para quedas sem kimono.<br \/>\nMas se voc\u00ea \u00e9 velho e est\u00e1 acabado como eu, ser jogado de um lado para o outro \u00e9 a \u00faltima coisa que voc\u00ea quer.<br \/>\nEnt\u00e3o, compilei uma lista de quedas eficazes que voc\u00ea (e eu) podemos praticar e treinar. Se a perna da frente dele for a direita, a sua precisa ser a esquerda.
