Na maior parte do tempo!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consuma muitos alimentos crus e org\u00e2nicos.<\/li>\n<li>Experimente cortar os latic\u00ednios da sua dieta \u2013 isso fez uma enorme diferen\u00e7a para mim.
