Ou a melhor, se voc\u00ea estiver por cima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na posi\u00e7\u00e3o de montada, muitos estabelecem um &quot;enlace&quot; entrela\u00e7ando as pernas por baixo dos joelhos do oponente e prendendo os p\u00e9s \u2013 uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o que lembra pernas de r\u00e3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estabelecendo a Montaria Completa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para assumir a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de montada completa \u2013 voc\u00ea <strong>n\u00e3o <\/strong>s\u00f3 quero &#039;jogar a perna por cima&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coloque o joelho na barriga do seu parceiro e deslize-o para o outro lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se eles bloquearem seu ataque com uma &quot;joelhada alta&quot;, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode tentar uma pegada de lutador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma vez no monte, eu pessoalmente gosto de pegar &#039;videiras&#039;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqui s\u00e3o mostradas as videiras:<br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/G7_eMcYpYeY?t=18s\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/G7_eMcYpYeY?t=18s<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir daqui, voc\u00ea pode envolver a parte inferior da cabe\u00e7a com um bra\u00e7o e estender a m\u00e3o livre para o lado para se estabilizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se o oponente se libertar das pegadas, ent\u00e3o assuma uma montada alta, com os joelhos pr\u00f3ximos \u00e0s axilas dele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se voc\u00ea estiver em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o elevada em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao corpo dele\/dela, ele\/ela ter\u00e1 dificuldade em usar os quadris para se apoiar em voc\u00ea e escapar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir da posi\u00e7\u00e3o de montada, voc\u00ea pode socar, usar cotoveladas no MMA e buscar finaliza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-blue-color has-text-color\">Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es do Monte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir da montada, voc\u00ea pode buscar um tri\u00e2ngulo de cabe\u00e7a e bra\u00e7o (meu favorito), uma americana, uma chave de bra\u00e7o ou um tri\u00e2ngulo montado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqui est\u00e1 um v\u00eddeo meu aplicando um tri\u00e2ngulo de bra\u00e7o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; \u2013 use com cautela)<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Escapada do Monte<br> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mantenha os cotovelos entre as pernas dele, para que ele n\u00e3o consiga uma montaria alta.<br> Se ele conseguir uma montada alta, caminhe para tr\u00e1s, apoiando-se nos ombros do oponente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ponte e rolo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> \u2013 continua sendo a t\u00e9cnica mais popular e eficaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aproxime os p\u00e9s o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel do bumbum.<br> Se voc\u00ea estiver fazendo a ponte para a esquerda, aproxime a cabe\u00e7a do ombro direito.<br> Pressione os p\u00e9s contra o tapete e levante os quadris e o bumbum o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel.<br> Impulsione novamente com o p\u00e9 direito e tente rolar para a esquerda em um \u00e2ngulo de 45 graus, mantendo os quadris elevados.<br> Grande parte do seu peso estar\u00e1 sobre seus ombros, que servir\u00e3o de ponte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; Ele ent\u00e3o s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 escapar em uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para Escapes de Fundo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tenha uma sequ\u00eancia de escapes, que fluam umas para as outras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ponte (ou escape de quadril) no exato momento em que voc\u00ea sentir seu oponente estabelecendo a montada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use uma pegada firme no cotovelo e\/ou axila do oponente para ajudar a finalizar uma tentativa de fuga da posi\u00e7\u00e3o de ponte.<br>\n\u00c0s vezes, eu fa\u00e7o duas pontes, na mesma dire\u00e7\u00e3o.
