As metas de processo podem ser controladas e fazem parte do processo real envolvido na conquista de uma meta de resultado.<\/p>\n<p>Os objetivos devem ser SMART (Espec\u00edficos, Mensur\u00e1veis, Ating\u00edveis, Relevantes e Temporais):<\/p>\n<p><strong>S<\/strong>espec\u00edfico<br \/>\n<strong>M<\/strong>mensur\u00e1vel<br \/>\n<strong>A<\/strong>ating\u00edvel \/ acordado<br \/>\n<strong>R<\/strong>relevante<br \/>\n<strong>T<\/strong>Limitado pelo tempo<br \/>\n<strong>E<\/strong>agrad\u00e1vel<br \/>\n<strong>R<\/strong>avaliar<\/p>\n<h2>\n<span style=\"color:#ff0000;\"><strong>Confian\u00e7a<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>A confian\u00e7a \u00e9 uma parte importante da Psicologia do Esporte. A baixa confian\u00e7a pode levar a altos n\u00edveis de ansiedade e baixo desempenho.<br \/>\nPara aumentar a autoconfian\u00e7a, considere as seguintes maneiras pelas quais ela pode ser influenciada:<\/p>\n<p>Experi\u00eancia<\/strong> \u2013 Basear-se nas experi\u00eancias positivas do passado.<br \/>\nUma \u00f3tima maneira de cultivar uma mentalidade positiva no dia a dia \u00e9 relembrar os aspectos positivos sempre que poss\u00edvel.<br \/>\nPor exemplo, quando voc\u00ea chega em casa do trabalho, voc\u00ea reclama do que deu errado?<br \/>\nEm vez disso, tente se lembrar das duas melhores coisas que aconteceram naquele dia. Aplique isso ao seu desempenho esportivo, d\u00ea a si mesmo um feedback honesto, mas concentre-se nos aspectos positivos a longo prazo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modelagem<br \/>\n<\/strong>Oferece um plano para o sucesso. Observe, estude, analise atletas de sucesso.
