As metas de processo podem ser controladas e fazem parte do processo real envolvido na conquista de uma meta de resultado.<\/p>\n<p>Os objetivos devem ser SMART (Espec\u00edficos, Mensur\u00e1veis, Ating\u00edveis, Relevantes e Temporais):<\/p>\n<p><strong>S<\/strong>espec\u00edfico<br \/>\n<strong>M<\/strong>mensur\u00e1vel<br \/>\n<strong>A<\/strong>ating\u00edvel \/ acordado<br \/>\n<strong>R<\/strong>relevante<br \/>\n<strong>T<\/strong>Limitado pelo tempo<br \/>\n<strong>E<\/strong>agrad\u00e1vel<br \/>\n<strong>R<\/strong>avaliar<\/p>\n<h2>\n<span style=\"color:#ff0000;\"><strong>Confian\u00e7a<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>A confian\u00e7a \u00e9 uma parte importante da Psicologia do Esporte.
