Os programas s\u00e3o ou muito exagerados, ou usados apenas por curtos per\u00edodos de tempo, ou os lutadores est\u00e3o dopados com esteroides, HGH e insulina.<\/p>\n<p>Considere programas de treinamento com uma \u00fanica s\u00e9rie, em que voc\u00ea realiza uma s\u00e9rie de exerc\u00edcios para cada grupo muscular, em vez das tradicionais tr\u00eas.
