{"id":10533,"date":"2019-08-02T21:31:07","date_gmt":"2019-08-02T21:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/?p=10533"},"modified":"2019-08-04T08:28:37","modified_gmt":"2019-08-04T08:28:37","slug":"mingau-com-bananas-caramelizadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/pt\/2019\/08\/02\/mingau-com-bananas-caramelizadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Mingau com bananas caramelizadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esta receita rende mingau suficiente para duas tigelas grandes. \u00c9 r\u00e1pida e f\u00e1cil, e as bananas conferem um toque adocicado delicioso que equilibra o sabor um tanto insosso da aveia.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<p>Aveia em flocos (de prefer\u00eancia integral) \u2013 1 x\u00edcara<\/p>\n<p>Leite vegetal de sua prefer\u00eancia (o de aveia funciona bem) - 1 x\u00edcara<\/p>\n<p>Bananas (1 ou 2, dependendo da sua fome)<\/p>\n<p>Mirtilos (opcional)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1gua \u2013 1 x\u00edcara<\/p>\n<p>Tempo de preparo: 1 minuto<\/p>\n<p>Tempo de preparo: 15 minutos<\/p>\n<p>Informa\u00e7\u00e3o nutricional: (Com uma banana) 50g de carboidratos, 15g de prote\u00edna, 5g de gordura<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9todo:<\/p>\n<p>1. Adicione a aveia em flocos, o leite e a \u00e1gua a uma panela e leve ao fogo at\u00e9 ferver. Abaixe o fogo e deixe cozinhar em fogo brando por 12 a 15 minutos ou at\u00e9 atingir a consist\u00eancia desejada (eu prefiro mais leitosa).<\/p>\n<p>2. Corte a banana ao meio e depois corte cada metade longitudinalmente para criar 4 peda\u00e7os de banana por banana!<\/p>\n<p>3. Aque\u00e7a uma frigideira antiaderente (\u00e9 fundamental que seja antiaderente, caso contr\u00e1rio, tudo se soltar\u00e1 e as bananas ficar\u00e3o intrag\u00e1veis) em fogo alto e adicione as bananas (n\u00e3o use \u00f3leo).<\/p>\n<p>4. Abaixe a temperatura da panela e a carameliza\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ar\u00e1! Normalmente, em poucos minutos, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 uma bela crosta dourada de um lado, ent\u00e3o basta virar a banana e deixar o mesmo processo acontecer do outro lado.<\/p>\n<p>5. Quando o mingau estiver cozido, coloque-o em uma tigela e deixe cozinhar por alguns minutos.<\/p>\n<p>6. Verifique se as bananas est\u00e3o caramelizadas (elas devem estar macias e um pouco pegajosas) e adicione-as por cima do mingau de uma forma que seja visualmente agrad\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>7.
