Para aumentar a dificuldade, voc\u00ea pode fazer flex\u00f5es com os p\u00e9s elevados em um sof\u00e1 ou poltrona. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para um treino avan\u00e7ado de peito em casa sem equipamentos, as flex\u00f5es hindus s\u00e3o fant\u00e1sticas, assim como exerc\u00edcios pliom\u00e9tricos para o peito, como as flex\u00f5es com palmas. Para tr\u00edceps, a postura do cachorro olhando para baixo \u00e9 excelente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiz um v\u00eddeo r\u00e1pido sobre como treinar em casa sem nenhum equipamento. \u00c0s vezes, voc\u00ea s\u00f3 precisa de 5 minutos para manter um certo n\u00edvel de for\u00e7a e condicionamento f\u00edsico!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma r\u00e1pida <strong>isen\u00e7\u00e3o de responsabilidade<\/strong> \u2013 Alguns desses exerc\u00edcios para o peito realmente sobrecarregam os cotovelos e ombros, e a hiperextens\u00e3o das costas pode agravar ou at\u00e9 mesmo causar problemas de disco, ent\u00e3o pratique por sua conta e risco. Dito isso, este treino \u00e9 muito bom para for\u00e7a e flexibilidade.
