N\u00e3o \u00e9 incomum que o \u00e1cido da DRGE entre no nariz e nos seios nasais \u00e0 noite, enquanto a pessoa est\u00e1 deitada de costas. Isso causa a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o e os sangramentos nasais que algumas pessoas sofrem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta e DRGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de um profissional, considere as seguintes altera\u00e7\u00f5es alimentares:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sem frutas c\u00edtricas<\/li><li>Sem tomates<\/li><li>Nada para comer depois das 20h.<\/li><li>N\u00e3o s\u00e3o permitidos refrigerantes \u00e1cidos ou gaseificados, sucos de frutas, etc.<\/li><li>Ricas em fibras \u2013 sementes de chia hidratadas por mais de 1 hora s\u00e3o \u00f3timas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parar de comer frutas c\u00edtricas ou tomates teve um impacto extremamente positivo no meu refluxo gastroesof\u00e1gico, assim como adicionar mais fibras \u00e0 minha dieta. Eu como aveia overnight com sementes de chia e tomo uma bebida rica em fibras tr\u00eas vezes ao dia. Incrivelmente mon\u00f3tono, mas vale a pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suplementos e DRGE (use por sua conta e risco \u2013 algumas pessoas podem apresentar efeitos colaterais)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Carv\u00e3o ativado \u2013 5 g antes de dormir ou quando o refluxo estiver intenso.<\/li><li>Enzimas digestivas \u2013 sem HCL \u2013 sem beta\u00edna HCL, por exemplo. Experimente primeiro com 1\/4 de um comprimido.<\/li><li>Casca de ps\u00edlio \u2013 tomar 2 ou 3 vezes ao dia com \u00e1gua.<\/li><li>Probi\u00f3ticos \u2013 alimentos fermentados s\u00e3o melhores, mas geralmente s\u00e3o bastante \u00e1cidos.<\/li><li>CBD \u2013 certas cepas de cannabis podem ajudar bastante com o refluxo gastroesof\u00e1gico (DRGE), enquanto outras podem agrav\u00e1-lo. Fumar e vaporizar, no entanto, podem piorar a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o na garganta, portanto, proceda com cautela. A lavanda (h\u00edbrida) \u00e9 boa para aliviar a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o geral de n\u00e1usea.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sinceramente, a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para refluxo e DRGE (Doen\u00e7a do Refluxo Gastroesof\u00e1gico) \u00e9 mais um estilo de vida do que uma dieta. \u00c9 muito dif\u00edcil, mas vale a pena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se voc\u00ea sofre de SII (S\u00edndrome do Intestino Irrit\u00e1vel) e refluxo \u00e1cido, minha principal recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 eliminar os latic\u00ednios da sua dieta por 3 dias e observar se voc\u00ea se sente melhor. Isso \u00e9 especialmente importante se voc\u00ea tiver problemas de sinusite! Para mim, essa mudan\u00e7a foi transformadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eliminar o gl\u00faten tamb\u00e9m me ajudou muito. N\u00e3o sou intolerante ao gl\u00faten, mas o excesso definitivamente tem um impacto negativo na minha sa\u00fade intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vale a pena considerar a dieta FODMAP. FODMAP significa &quot;Oligossacar\u00eddeos, Dissacar\u00eddeos, Monossacar\u00eddeos e Poli\u00f3is Ferment\u00e1veis&quot;. S\u00e3o carboidratos que s\u00e3o mal absorvidos no intestino delgado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os FODMAPs s\u00e3o geralmente encontrados em frutas e vegetais. Portanto, infelizmente, essa &quot;dieta saud\u00e1vel&quot; que voc\u00ea vem seguindo pode estar lhe causando problemas. A minha solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 consumir aveia duas vezes ao dia com farinha de linha\u00e7a e sementes de ab\u00f3bora, para uma fonte de calorias saud\u00e1vel e relativamente f\u00e1cil de digerir, em duas refei\u00e7\u00f5es, e espirulina em p\u00f3 com MSM, tr\u00eas vezes ao dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DRGE (Doen\u00e7a do Refluxo Gastroesof\u00e1gico) e Sa\u00fade Mental<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A DRGE (Doen\u00e7a do Refluxo Gastroesof\u00e1gico) pode ser causada por problemas de sa\u00fade mental. Al\u00e9m disso, tenho bastante conhecimento e experi\u00eancia com a maioria das dietas!
