N\u00e3o precisa de aquecedor nem de tenda. Embora eu seja f\u00e3 dos cobertores de sauna infravermelha para aquecer os m\u00fasculos profundamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em vez de usar um aquecedor ou sauna, voc\u00ea pode encher a banheira, vestir v\u00e1rias camadas de roupa ou um traje de sauna e praticar ioga no ch\u00e3o, ao lado da banheira. A umidade e as camadas de roupa gerar\u00e3o bastante calor corporal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meu banheiro \u00e9 min\u00fasculo, no entanto. Por sua conta e risco, voc\u00ea pode praticar ioga na banheira.
