Os pre\u00e7os dos remos ergom\u00e9tricos variam bastante, mas \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel optar por um modelo Concept 2 ou METIS Fury sempre que poss\u00edvel. Eu sei, 10 minutos n\u00e3o \u00e9 exatamente remar o Atl\u00e2ntico, mas voc\u00ea consegue um bom treino de alta intensidade usando a bicicleta ergom\u00e9trica por 4 minutos, se seguir o protocolo Tabata \u2013 20 segundos de esfor\u00e7o m\u00e1ximo, 10 segundos de descanso x 8. Gosto de fazer isso uma, \u00e0s vezes duas ou tr\u00eas vezes por dia. Geralmente, fa\u00e7o um &quot;aquecimento&quot; de 1 ou 2 minutos de ciclismo em ritmo constante antes de come\u00e7ar o Tabata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que queima mais calorias, a bicicleta ergom\u00e9trica ou o remo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tem descanso nenhum em uma bicicleta ergom\u00e9trica, ela tende a queimar mais calorias por minuto, ou por hora, do que um remo. No remo, at\u00e9 certo ponto, seu corpo descansa quando voc\u00ea termina a fase de puxada e desliza de volta \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o inicial. Na bicicleta ergom\u00e9trica, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m precisa usar a parte superior e inferior do corpo, em alta intensidade, simultaneamente, enquanto no remo voc\u00ea impulsiona com as pernas e depois puxa com os bra\u00e7os e as costas.
