Aceite que se preocupar n\u00e3o tem prop\u00f3sito e repita isso para si mesmo quando come\u00e7ar a se preocupar.<br \/>\nAs pessoas justificam a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o porque algo negativo DE FATO aconteceu. Mesmo que provavelmente tenha sido uma consequ\u00eancia de seus pensamentos negativos.<br \/>\nVoc\u00ea sempre substituir\u00e1 uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o por outra. Se aquilo que lhe preocupava n\u00e3o acontecer, voc\u00ea encontrar\u00e1 outra coisa para se preocupar. Essa \u00e9 uma maneira in\u00fatil de pensar e viver. Da mesma forma, se preocupar com algu\u00e9m n\u00e3o \u00e9 am\u00e1-lo. Voc\u00ea apenas transfere a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o para essa pessoa.<br \/>\nReconhe\u00e7a seus pensamentos, n\u00e3o lute contra eles, n\u00e3o reaja nem julgue. A preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o precisa ser reconhecida. Observe sua preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o como um observador externo; ent\u00e3o, pense em um resultado positivo para aquilo que lhe causa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o. Se tivesse a chance, na verdade, ele ansiaria desesperadamente por essa chance, de viver mais um dia sem preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es. Se sua fam\u00edlia e seus amigos s\u00e3o gentis e voc\u00ea est\u00e1 cercado por pessoas que te amam incondicionalmente, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o sentir\u00e1 a press\u00e3o de alcan\u00e7ar isso, aquilo e aquilo outro, e n\u00e3o se preocupar\u00e1 em fracassar.<br \/>\nSe poss\u00edvel, cerque-se de pessoas que n\u00e3o o julguem pela sua roupa, apar\u00eancia, condi\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, etc. Isso, por sua vez, far\u00e1 com que voc\u00ea se preocupe menos com coisas t\u00e3o triviais.<br \/>\nQuando penso em dinheiro, penso nos meus bra\u00e7os e nas minhas pernas. Quanto dinheiro eu daria para mant\u00ea-los? Provavelmente bilh\u00f5es!
