Bem, eu nunca consigo administrar meu tempo direito para terminar mesmo. O que quero dizer \u00e9: sinta o vento nas suas m\u00e3os e no seu rosto, o ch\u00e3o sob os seus p\u00e9s e abrace uma \u00e1rvore, se tiver oportunidade.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, conte at\u00e9 10 pela terceira vez e simplesmente absorva tudo o que voc\u00ea v\u00ea. Passei cerca de 2 minutos olhando para uma \u00e1rvore hoje, foi incr\u00edvel. E uma forma de entretenimento bem barata. Finalmente, fa\u00e7a a mesma coisa, mas tente cheirar \u2013 geralmente consigo manter essa concentra\u00e7\u00e3o por 5 minutos, j\u00e1 que os cheiros tendem a ser menos variados, mas com certeza vale a pena.<\/p>\n<p>Acho que voc\u00ea poderia fazer isso com qualquer tarefa, desde lavar as m\u00e3os at\u00e9 pegar o \u00f4nibus para o trabalho. Est\u00e1 em conson\u00e2ncia com a linha de pensamento de Eckhart Tolle, de que nenhuma tarefa \u00e9 um meio para um fim. Toda tarefa tem um prazer inerente, mas a maioria de n\u00f3s pensa al\u00e9m da tarefa em si.
