{"id":3534,"date":"2016-01-28T21:52:19","date_gmt":"2016-01-28T21:52:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/?p=3534"},"modified":"2016-02-12T20:31:31","modified_gmt":"2016-02-12T20:31:31","slug":"mma-x-fisiculturismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blackbeltwhitehat.com\/pt\/2016\/01\/28\/mma-x-fisiculturismo\/","title":{"rendered":"MMA x Fisiculturismo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Existe alguma sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o entre os dois esportes, mas tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 muita troca de cr\u00edticas entre os participantes de ambos.<br \/>\nSe voc\u00ea est\u00e1 pensando em come\u00e7ar a praticar um esporte, ou talvez ambos, vamos analisar os pr\u00f3s e os contras\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>O Conceito de Maestria<br \/>\n<\/strong>Aparentemente, todos n\u00f3s somos motivados e nos apaixonamos por determinados esportes e passatempos gra\u00e7as ao conceito de dom\u00ednio \u2013 ou seja, melhorar o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>O MMA \u00e9 um processo cont\u00ednuo. Se voc\u00ea observar o Muay Thai, o wrestling e o Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro (BJJ), por exemplo, pode trein\u00e1-los por 10 anos e ainda assim n\u00e3o domin\u00e1-los completamente. Principalmente o BJJ. Isso \u00e9 positivo, pois voc\u00ea nunca para de aprender, especialmente porque o esporte est\u00e1 em constante mudan\u00e7a e evolu\u00e7\u00e3o. Existe a autodisciplina da dieta e do treino (e do uso de drogas), mas o esporte tende a deixar as pessoas completamente obcecadas consigo mesmas e com a apar\u00eancia. Al\u00e9m disso, em vez de livrar as pessoas de suas inseguran\u00e7as masculinas (todos n\u00f3s as temos), parece intensific\u00e1-las. Depois de algumas lutas de MMA, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o se importa se as pessoas zombam de voc\u00ea ou te chamam de fracote ou covarde.
